district resourcing of education programs with state school foundation dollars.

State guidelines on alternative
schools.
·
State guidelines on
configuration of schools.
·
Monitoring of off-model funding
programs for summer school/extended day programs and instructional
facilitators.
·
At-risk study reviewing
procedures for identifying mobile students and reviewing at-risk program
effectiveness as measured by student performance and district program
structure, content and delivery.
·
District food service programs.
·
District student activity
programs.
·
District safety and security
needs.
·
District use of federal special
education funds and the ability to consider offsetting state special education
funds with federal funds.
·
Feasibility of incorporating BIA
schools into the Wyoming system of public school finance.
·
Review of court identified
issues, including at-risk proxies, teacher seniority, use of WCLI as regional
cost adjustment, external cost adjustment methodology and vocational education
resources;
·
Contents of an appropriate
success curriculum for Hathaway scholarship program, enabling students entering
high school in fall 2007 to pursue success curricula for scholarship
eligibility and adoption of statewide assessment standards and scores to
augment scholarship eligibility criteria;
·
Funding sources and alternatives
for Evenstart (adult literacy) program through Community College Commission.

College Commission on funding needs, suggested revenue sources and proposed
structural modifications for distributing financial resources;
