AN ACT relating to medical assistance and services; providing for

increased reimbursement for obstetric services under the Wyoming

 Medical Assistance and Services Act for a specified period;

repealing a subsidy provision for obstetric services under the act;

deappropriating funds; making appropriations; specifying application;

requiring a report; and providing for an effective date.
