No significant fiscal or personnel impact to the state.

 

This bill is effective immediately upon certification by the Secretary of State that an amendment to the Wyoming Constitution authorizing the legislature to provide by general law for the limitation of damages against health care providers has been approved by the electors of the state in the manner required by Article 20, Section 1 of the Wyoming Constitution.
