AN ACT relating to wildlife; asserting the state's exclusive jurisdiction over wildlife; prohibiting

activities in conflict with that exclusive jurisdiction; imposing specified duties upon the game and

fish commission pertaining to wildlife introduced within this state; and providing for an effective

date.
