AN ACT relating to the animal damage management program; eliminating the repeal date for the

animal damage management program; providing for the continuation of the wildlife damage

management stamp; providing for continuation of the landowner coupon checkoff box; defining

duties; requiring a report; conforming provisions; providing an appropriation; and providing for an

effective date.
