H.B. No. 0272             Park rangers as peace officers.

AN ACT relating to peace officers; specifying that state park superintendents, assistant

superintendents and full-time rangers are peace officers for the purposes of the criminal code;

specifying that such persons are law enforcement personnel for the enforcement of controlled

substances provisions; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date.
