AN ACT relating to higher education; establishing a financial assistance program for University of

Wyoming students whose parents or guardians are killed during active duty as a Wyoming peace

officer; specifying limitations and eligibility criteria; providing for investment of program funds

through the university foundation; providing appropriations; and providing for an effective date.
