AN ACT relating to professions and occupations; establishing the animal euthanasia certification

board as specified; authorizing the board to certify animal euthanasia technicians; specifying

eligibility criteria; specifying approved training and testing; prohibiting persons from acting as an

animal euthanasia technician without certification; granting rulemaking authority; providing

definitions; providing penalties; providing for an appropriation; and providing for an effective date.
