AN ACT relating to public health and safety; creating an organ and tissue donor registry; modifying

 donor requirements; modifying provisions pertaining to driver's licenses and identification cards

for donors; providing donor notice provisions to procurement agencies; making conforming

amendments; and providing for an effective date.
