AN ACT relating to cities, towns and schools; authorizing contracts for public improvements to be

awarded based upon alternate construction delivery systems; modifying the school facilities

commission duties; providing that the system be identified and project information be supplied;

specifying applicable law; providing definitions; making conforming amendments; and providing

for an effective date.
