AN ACT relating to the Wyoming national guard; defining and clarifying terms; modifying assistant

 adjutants general and deputy military administrator positions and qualifications as specified;

clarifying provisions pertaining to national guard officers, officer discharge and officer promotion;

prescribing national guard enlistment oath and discharge procedures; clarifying guard member

worker's compensation coverage; specifying state service applicable to academic disruption

protection; and providing for an effective date.
