AN ACT relating to taxation and revenue; specifying boundary information requirements for

governmental entities with authority to levy property taxes, including special districts; authorizing

 the department of revenue to review, record and map boundary information for governmental entities,

 as specified; modifying duties of the county assessor and the board of county commissioners;

modifying requirements for certification of tax levies; modifying limitations on taxing authority of

reorganized taxing entities, as specified; and providing for an effective date.
