H.B. No. 0066  Public health services fees.

AN ACT relating to public health offices; repealing a requirement that local boards of health, city

councils or county commissioners conduct a public hearing prior to establishment of fees charged by

 a local public health office; repealing the requirement that a local board of health obtain approval

from its city council or board of county commissioners prior to imposing fees; repealing the cap on

fees by a local board of health; conforming a provision; and providing for an effective date.
