H.B. No. 0047  Child support abatements.

AN ACT relating to child support; increasing filing fees for claims for abatement of child support;

providing for an objection and approval process for abatement claims; requiring abatements to first

be applied toward any arrearages; clarifying requirements for abatements; making conforming

amendments; and providing for an effective date.
