Controlled substance registrations
Assumptions:
Controlled substance registration fee for
practitioners, pharmacies, and wholesalers/distributors would be increased.
Practitioners and pharmacies current registration fee is $10 per year;
projected increase to $40 per year.
Wholesalers/Distributors current registration fee is $100 per year,
projected increase to $150 per year.
This bill has administrative impact that appears
to increase (or decrease) duties or responsibilities of one or more state
agencies and may impact agency spending or staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does not modify any
state agency budget or current personnel authorizations. The following state agencies may be affected
