Changing the distribution of restitution penalties from the General Fund to the Game & Fish Fund.

 

Assumptions:

 

The Game & Fish currently receives state restitution payments and distributes them to the General Fund. In FY 2002, the Game & Fish distributed $53,300 in restitution payments to the General Fund.
