Source of expenditure increase:

State contribution to group insurance plan for retirees

Assumptions:

1. All current rates are in excess of the $150 base contribution for retirees.

2. With $150 state contribution, retiree enrollment levels would increase by 5 percent each year.

3. Initial enrolled retiree population is 2,203.

4. The above estimates include all retirees (state, LSO, judicial, University of Wyoming, and community college).
