No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

The Federal Per Diem rates have not increased dramatically, adopting those rates will be of little consequence. Changing the reimbursement rate for last day of travel will only affect those returning from a high cost area, again having little consequence on agency budgets. Agencies will still be required to operate within their appropriated amounts.
