Source of expenditure increase: Sources of expenditure increases are itemized below by bill section.
16-6-903(a) Landscape future building projects (1% of construction)
16-6-904(a) Landscape around existing buildings & right of way
16-6-905 Additional landscaping maintenance & upkeep expenses
16-6-907(a) Locate stockpiles out of sight of nearest highway
16-6-908(a)(i) Beautify structures within 10 miles of cities & towns
16-6-908(a)(ii) Beautify entrances to cities & towns
Assumptions:
WYDOT would need to landscape and maintain 54
building and maintenance yard locations, beautify 238 structures that are
within 10 miles of cities and towns, landscape over 1,300 entrances to cities
and towns, and relocate 60 stockpiles used for highway construction and
maintenance.
The above estimates for the University of Wyoming for the 1% allocation to construction projects assumes the facilities planned in UW’s Capital Facilities Plan will be built during each of the next three fiscal periods.
The Department of Administration and Information indicated that the expenditure increase, in the form of the 1% of total budget on new construction, is indeterminable.
