Source of Revenue Increase: Independent contractor licenses, hairstylist licenses, and temporary location licenses.
Assumptions: Currently there are about 500 independent contractors working. The number of contractors steadily increases with the growth of the industry. Hairstylist licenses would not show an impact until 2005, and little or no impact will be seen from the temporary location license.
