No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

The bill is intended to establish the Wyoming Veteran’s Memorial Museum as a state entity with operational funding to be provided through donations, grants and non-profit support. The state is to provide a legal entity for institutional control, but is not intended to provide any direct staffing or fiscal support for the operation. Operational and development costs are to be incurred by the non-profit and volunteer organizations, not by the State of Wyoming.
