Assumptions: The UI experience rating system allows for the collection of benefit payments over a three-year period.  One third of the estimated FY04 expenditure of $186,400 or $62,133 would be recouped in both FY05 and FY06.  One third of the estimated FY05 expenditure of $193,600 or $64,533 would be recouped in FY06.
