This bill contains an appropriation of $442,861 from the GENERAL FUND to the Office of the Attorney General.

 

This bill contains an authorization of 6 Full-Time positions within the Office of Attorney General.

 

 

 

The Public Service Commission assumes the legislation does not require the Commission to have all utilities in the state create new “small business customer” classes (see proposed section 37-2-401 (a)(ii)).  As such, this bill does not increase the duties or responsibilities of the Commission or have a material effect on non-administrative expenditures.
