FISCAL NOTE (HB0020)

The fiscal impact to the county school funds is indeterminable. Neither the Wyoming Highway Patrol nor the Ports of Entry are currently issuing citations for using dyed diesel fuel (untaxed fuel) in vehicles on Wyoming’s highway system.

The fiscal impact to the judicial system is indeterminable due to an unknown number of cases.
