FISCAL NOTE (HB0009)

This bill contains an appropriation of $250,000 from the GENERAL FUND.

There is no expected revenue increase or decrease as a result of this legislation.  The Board will use the appropriation to further the work set forth for the Animal Damage Management Board including:  predation issues for wildlife enhancement, decrease in livestock loses, and continuation of current project direction towards an integrated animal damage management program through the cooperation of the interests represented by the members of the Board.
