fifty million dollars ($50,000,000.00) deposited to that fund by 2002 Wyoming
Session Laws, Chapter 83, Section 320, from the time those deposits were made
to that fund until June 30, 2004. For
the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004, the state treasurer shall transfer
monthly from the general fund to the business ready community account an amount
estimated to be earned on this one hundred fifty million dollar
($150,000,000.00) deposit to the permanent Wyoming mineral trust fund, from
July 1, 2004 until June 30, 2005. When
deposits to the business ready community account under W.S. 9-12-602(b) and
this subsection total fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000.00) for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 2004, no further deposits shall be made for that fiscal
year under either this subsection or W.S. 9-12-602(b).".
