AN ACT relating to wildlife; providing for the reclassification, taking and other regulation of gray wolves as trophy game animals as specified; providing for the regulation of wolf hybrids; providing a definition of livestock for purposes of the game and fish provisions; providing for meetings and for rulemaking; providing a statement of legislative intent; providing for implementation and a report; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date.
