";" insert ", except that vehicles specified in W.S.
31-1-101(a)(xv)(K)(II), when operated pursuant to this paragraph, shall:
(A) Wherever practicable, only be operated off
the main-traveled portion of the roadway.
Crossings of main-traveled roadways shall be made at right angles to the
roadway or as nearly so as practicable, but in any case yielding the
right-of-way to all traffic in the main-traveled roadway;
(B) If the operator is a minor, or if a minor is
a rider, be operated with a helmet in accordance with W.S. 31-5-115(o);
(C) Be operated only by a person who possesses a
valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement pursuant to W.S.
31-7-109(d)(vi).". HARVEY
