AN ACT relating to flags; authorizing the continued use of the POW/MIA flag at the state capitol; providing for the display of the POW/MIA flag at other state government offices and buildings; allowing the use of the flag for other government buildings and offices; specifying legislative intent; and providing for an effective date.
