AN ACT relating to county coroners; specifying that county
coroners are county officials required to maintain a surety bond; exempting county
coroners from maintaining an office provided by the county commissioners as
specified; amending appointment procedures and establishment of salaries of
deputy county coroners as specified; and providing for an effective date.
