AN ACT relating to health care; establishing a health care commission within the governor's office; providing for membership; authorizing an advisory board as specified; specifying duties; requiring the commission to submit its recommendations to the legislature as specified; authorizing the commission to hire a director and staff; providing an appropriation; providing for the termination of the commission, board and staff positions as specified; and providing for an effective date.
