AN ACT relating to criminal procedure; authorizing law enforcement agencies of this state to enter into mutual aid agreements with law enforcement agencies of other states under certain conditions; providing definitions; providing for protection in certain situations; amending related provisions; conforming related provisions in the Governmental Claims Act and the state self-insurance program; requiring reports; and providing for an effective date.
