Page 5-line 11                                        After "39-17-104(e)." insert "Two-thirds (2/3) of the revenues collected under W.S. 39-17-104(e) shall be deposited by the state treasurer into the multi-lane highway account within the state highway fund.  The state treasurer shall distribute the remaining revenues collected under W.S. 39-17-104(e) to counties, cities and towns as provided in subsection (d) of this section without regard for amounts that would otherwise be due under subsection (c) of this section.".
