AN ACT relating to agriculture and wildlife; providing for payments for specified damages caused by wildlife; transferring certain duties from the game and fish department and commission to the department of agriculture and board of agriculture; establishing a new division within the department of agriculture to carry out new duties; creating an account fund to provide for wildlife damage payments; eliminating current provisions for payment for damages caused by big game animals; providing an appropriation; making conforming amendments; and providing for effective dates.
