AN ACT
relating to private school licensing; imposing additional requirements upon
degree granting post secondary education institutions as specified; increasing
fees for such licensed institutions; imposing a processing fee for all
licensees; increasing bonding requirements; specifying license suspension and
revocation; increasing criminal penalties; and providing for an effective date.
