AN ACT
relating to trade and commerce; creating the Wyoming Money Transmitters Act to
regulate and license money transmissions; providing requirements and fees;
providing civil and criminal penalties; providing definitions; requiring
reporting; providing for enforcement; providing for rulemaking; and providing
for an effective date.
