AN ACT
relating to the Wyoming Emergency Management Act; transferring oversight and
control of the emergency management agency; providing for the appointment of a
emergency management coordinator; transferring the agency's persons, functions,
programs, authority and funds; and providing for an effective date.

emergency and disaster relief services and if desired by county, municipal and
federal law enforcement agencies.".

other duties assigned by the governor for homeland security.".
