AN ACT relating
to juveniles; amending provisions relating to the Uniform Parentage Act,
paternity establishment, genetic testing, assisted reproduction, child
protection, child care facilities, the Juvenile Court Act, multidisciplinary
team composition, and who may be appointed to represent a child as specified;
authorizing an intensive supervision program for youths as specified;
renumbering specified criminal provisions; granting rulemaking authority;
conforming provisions; repealing provisions; and providing for an effective
date.
