AN ACT
relating to mines and minerals; amending the quarterly meeting requirement for
the state mining council; modifying mine foremen provisions; repealing
references to unit foreman; repealing certain exemptions for mines employing
five or less persons; eliminating unnecessary and outdated language; and
providing for an effective date.
