Richards: 328, create select committee for Family residency Medical Ed, motion, 2nd, amended to 3 and 3, remove Romanette iii, motion passes, $500K/year for election equipment, filing fees for corporations, motion passes, redirect sales tax from remote vendors, internet sales tax, funds to SFP vs. GF, motion, 2nd, move to SFP reserve account –amendment, discussion followed, $5M grant to Governor for auto tech program – LCCC, make “loans or grants” under control of the Governor, obtain other funds through community, motion as amended, 2nd, motion passes,$15M from LSRA to ENDOW for workforce grants; no action, school finance amendments, motion, 2nd, discussion followed, motion fails, motion, roll  into $41M, 2nd, motion passes
Richards: $35M question, GF $49.9M ending balance total with all JAC actions
